Grid Scalability

From our "Rack Ready" virtual tape libary to our S2100-MS2 departmental virtual tape library to our enteprise-class S2100-ES2 series 1900/2900 virtual tape libary, SEPATON products feature convenient grid scalability to enable you to add performance and/or capacity in cost-effective modules. For example, you can scale peformance a SEPATON S21000-ES2 virtual tape library from one scalable SEPATON Replication Engine (SRE®) processing node to as many as seven more for performance of up to 17 TB/hour.

The virtual tape library automatically optimizes performance and load balances all processing for maximum efficiency. Scale capacity of a single S2100-ES2 virtual tape library from 12 TB to more than 1.6 PB of physical capacity–before using our DeltaStor® data deduplication software for further capacity optimization.
